A curious cat from the outskirts of New Gridania, Licia can often be found rummaging through old ruins looking for something interesting to take back home. Enjoying life to the fullest, and having a good time with friends are her two go to ways to make sure each day is more exciting than the last.
As long as it leads to a great story later, this crazy cat will do almost anything for a good time. This has led to some rather... questionable... decisions in the past, but escaping and getting out of trouble is half the fun!
